"Do světa" 2023

Setting off abroad, our students joined in the project “Do světa!" 2023 under the South Moravian Region funding. This five-day trip to three of our foreign neighbours aimed at learning about professional skills, technological procedures and education in the field of optical industry and a modern optician.

The trip, winding through Germany, Austria and Slovakia, had several stops at world-famous optical companies, such as Rodenstock in Regen, Silhouette in Linz, the famous optical stores in Vienna, Sagitta and the Secondary Medical school in Bratislava or UVEA eye clinic and its centre for visually impaired children in Martin.

The excursion into professional practices along with the application of German and English was surely a significant boost for both students and teachers.
